Happy 10th Anniversary MDAS!
MDAS celebrates 10th anniversary with lunch at the Orchid Country Club on the 7th of March 2010. In celebrating this milestone for MDAS, let us not forget all the former MDAS members who are no longer with us today.
Personally, just having lost my younger brother, Zaki, on the 18th of July 2009, which was ironically during last year’s power soccer competiton, reminded me of the other former MDAS members who have passed away during this 10 years.
These former MDAS members included Zulfauzi (Syahrunizham’s elder brother), Faizal, Hanaffia, Tan Ming Hui & Tan Ming Keong and some others whom i only knew by name.
On a less sombre note, let us also not forget newer members who joined MDAS less than 10 years ago. Welcome to the MDAS family! (Very, very belated…. i know,…. better late than never!)
For the pioneer MDAS members, these 10 years has been wonderful growing up and getting OLD with all you guys & gals! Hopefully, we will remain close with MDAS and each other and also get to know better our newer MDAS members in the years to come.
Our MDAS slogan, “Inspiring Hope, Enriching Lives” is a great reminder to what MDAS is ultimately about and also as to why we should be grateful with our lives!
MDAS has surely inspired hope in my life journey and enriched my life significantly!
